....and summer must be just around the corner, what a difference from yesterday's picture. It didn't last long yesterday, the snow that is, only a minute or so but it was certainly fast and furious while it lasted. This couple hurrying along Stanstead Road must have been really grateful for the umbrella...
Weather update, according to the very reliable @wanstead_meteo it was actually 'soft hail' and I'm sure that's correct but I think it's more fun to think 'snow'...

ReplyDeleteIt can happen here- I think in recorded history there's been snow here in every month but July, but it shouldn't happen there!
