SNARESBROOK CROWN COURT

World © Geoff Wilkinson - All rights reserved

I was at Snaresbrook Pond photographing as the sun was setting and it struck me how the towers of Snaresbrook Crown Court stood out in silhouette against the sky. They were such a different shape to the bare branch's of the trees. The  building was opened in 1843 by King Leopold 11 of Belgium and was  originally the Infant Orphan Asylum and later became a school.
