ALAS POOR YORICK...

...as Shakespeare said. Well no actually it's Dexter who has been living with us for many years. Dexter has now decided the time has come to move out and is off to live with a medical student, I hope they'll both be very happy together...

...by the way Happy Halloween....

SAD...

Discarded... I found this carved pumpkin on a street bin the other day. I'm sure it did sterling work on the night of Halloween and the days leading up to it, I just thought it looked very sad when I came across it.

HALLOWEEN NIGHT...

I was driving past this house last night and couldn't help but do a double take, parked on the front was this hearse complete with coffin. It took me a few seconds before I realised of course it was Halloween night.

Phil of the excellent Elegance Wedding Cars company organised this Halloween jape, it's the second year that he's done it. Last year it attracted over 300 people and they all wanted a repeat performance this year.

HALLOWEEN REMNANTS.

Photograph world © Geoff Wilkinson - All rights reserved.

On my way to the Gallery in Nightingale Lane, I spied the remnants of Halloween, an annual celebration of the Western Christian feast of All Hallows or as some refer to it as All Saints.  This is the most pumpkins drawn and real that I have ever seen, well done great display.
