...walking along Stanstead Road the other day I came across this beautiful Wisteria, with a little blue sky behind it seemed perfect...

I was just finishing locking up at the Gallery yesterday afternoon when I spotted this sky. The picture was taken from Nightingale Lane looking along Stanstead Road, I don't know exactly which part of London was under the darkest clouds but i'll bet it was wet. Rather than spots I seem to have dramatic skies appearing before my eyes lately...

There is so much building work going on in Wanstead at the moment, on a short walk the other day I passed at least ten projects underway. Not that I'm complaining there are some really smart looking houses on the streets now. The house in the picture is covered in scaffolding but I really like this view looking over the garden gate, the ivy makes a great frame for the front door.

I spotted this lonely trainer on my way into the Gallery this morning, where was it's other half? A case for an amateur sleuth perhaps. I do like finding these odd little bit's and piece's, I'm always on the lookout.
