LIGHT AT THE END...

    World © Geoff Wilkinson

of the tunnel well not quite but you know what I mean...a little indulgent this is one, it's of those pictures that just appeals to me, there's no real reason for it somehow it just works. It's the lights in the underground passageway that ducks under the Central Line tube and connects Eagle Lane with Falcon Way...

...by the way it's not nearly as dark as it looks..

BLACK AND WHITE..

World © Geoff Wilkinson -All rights reserved

We're having a black and white month at the Gallery, the pictures went up on the wall today. We have done away with frames for these pictures and used very fine cord to hang them, it looks as if they are floating. If you'r around Wanstead do pop in and have a look there are 10 new pictures on the wall and if I do say so myself they look very smart. Many thanks to Mrs W who grabbed this shot.

BLACK AND WHITE WEEK.

World © Geoff Wilkinson - All rights reserved

We get fantastic early morning light in our house, we have a big window facing East and it catches every ray of sunlight. This image that looks like some sort of giant spider about to pounce is in fact a shadow from one of our house plants, sorry don't know the species. Look out for more black and white photographs this week.

THREE TREES.

World © Geoff Wilkinson - All rights reserved.

Continuing my walk around Wanstead Park I saw these three trees silhouetted against the dark winter sky with dew tipped grass in the foreground.  I thought that it would look good in Black and White, and it seems to work for me.
