A DIFFICULTY..

I know I have published several leaf related pictures of late, I apologise. I can't help it, maybe I'm addicted to Autumn leaves. I just find it so difficult to walk past all those gorgeous shapes and colours. I took this picture on Christchurch Green, I have always liked the uniformity of the fence around  Christ  Church. Both leaves and fence just seem to come together for me in this picture.

Still continuing in Wanstead Park these golden leaves look like they are floating in the air.  I liked the way the colour stood out against the green and brown background.

I was in Wanstead Park early in the morning just wondering around and found this spot where I could get very close to the lake at almost water level.  The fallen tree and the leaves in the water and on the bank inspired this picture.  For me it has an eerie feeling and shows just how versatile the park is in all seasons.

The colours of the leaves this year are so stunning and I have taken many pictures of them but I wondered what they would look like in black and white.  So here they are on Christchurch Green and I think the empty bench and the night atmosphere make for a really good picture.

Walking across George Green in Wanstead I came across this recently fallen clump of English Oak leaves, yet another reminder of the brilliant colours of Autumn.
