You may recognise the above scene but in case you are not a Wanstead resident it's the children playground  on Christchurch Green. Due to the stirling efforts of the @WansteadPlay and Wanstead residents funds have been raised to overhaul the playground and replace much of the equipment. The sun was setting as I passed the other night making the cover of the new child sized car light up, it all looked rather splendid...

Take a look, this is our new craft shop! As you know we have for some time now been producing personalised greetings cards and gift boxes etc. Customers visiting the gallery at "eightyfour" have been asking 'how do you do that, would I be able to do my own?' Well, now you can we are stocking craft items such as paints, rubber stamps, papers, glues, inks and much, much more. We will be holding regular workshops and demonstrations with invited guests from the craft industry, to show you how to make your own variety of craft products.

Situated within the Gallery, Craft Boutique at 84 will also have it's own website in the next few days. So if you are interested in crafts or just passing please pop in to have a look around. We look forward to seeing you.
