At last weeks Farmers market in the High Street Wanstead Daily Photo had a stall, best to declare an interest I feel, next to two delightful young ladies Dominique and Claire who live in Wanstead. They were selling fabulous tiny mouthwatering cup cakes, delightful brioche and lots more. During a quiet moment I couldn't resist taking a few photographs for the blog. Not only are they at the market they cater for events as well, I'm always pleased to find small companies producing lovely work. They go under the name of 'Pieces of Heaven', just click on the name to go to there website. I hope they have the stall next to us next month, my mouth is watering just looking at these pictures...
...and even one of our hardworking PCSO stopped by...

Cheese and mushroom brioche? Yes, please! :) I have never tried macarons, to be honest, I am not big on sweets. However, I do love chocolate!

ReplyDeleteThe blueberry loaf would suit me nicely!
ReplyDeleteUnfortunately I don't think they will last to Canada...
DeleteThank you to our lovely neighbours who kept us entertained during the rain... Keep an eye out for us at next month's market to see what surprises we have up our sleeves!
ReplyDeleteLook forward to seeing you then...
DeleteLove the look of the macaroons and the price is good even when I figure out the exchange! ;-))
ReplyDeleteWho can resist a macaroon whatever the exchange rate...
DeleteNon non non, ni brioche ni macaron pour moi. I'd like a blueberry and yoghurt loaf please.
ReplyDeleteI'll reserve one...
