ARCHITECTURE..

I have always admired the architecture of Victorian pumping stations. It's the first time I have seen the one in Roding Lane South from this point of view. The river in the picture is of course the Roding. I am not sure what the flower in the foreground is, I suspect it's a weed but in any case it looks good.

  1. Don't know what it is but it adds so much to the gorgeous view!

    1. Thank you, humble weeds can be photogenic as well!

  2. There's a gardeners' saying that it's a weed if it's something growing that you didn't intend, or where you didn't intend.

So in the wild where no gardener but Nature is plotting and planning.....this is a wildflower. ; )

    1. Excellent, I like this. It makes absolute sense when you think about it, it is indeed a wild flower. Thank you.
